The Drappier family have been tending vines in Champagne since 1808! The current owner and winemaker Michel Drappier continues his family's legacy, producing brilliant Champagnes focuses on the Pinot Noir grape. As a fun fact, Michel and his father both have sensitivity to sulfites, and as such use minimal sulphur in the process to ensure they can enjoy the wines as well!
