Lake Breeze has been around since 1995, which is a long time in terms of Canadian wine. The winery is located on the Naramata Bench. The Meritage is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. It is a new world interpretation of the classic Bordeaux blend. It has good structure, making it a perfect pairing for heartier fare. IT is a rich and full-bodied red with supple red and dark berry fruit complimented by vanilla and baking spice notes.
