Domaine des Malandes is 29 ha, family owned estate on Chablis' signature kimmeridgian soils. Chablis is located in northern France, a part of the greater region of Burgundy. By law Chablis must be 100% Chardonnay and is classically leaner and brighter than Chardonnay from warmer regions. Look for notes of baked apples, spiced pears and chalky minerality.

Nestled near the Austrian-Hungarian border, Meinklang is a family run vineyard and farm that is fully committed to biodiversity and biodynamics. Gruner Veltliner is Austria's most famous varietal. This one is fermented in stainless steel to maintain the vibrant varietal traits. It is a zippy, dry white wine with flavours of fresh green apple, soft pear, and elderflower followed by a hint of white pepper.

Broc Cellars is an urban winery located in Berkeley, California. All Broc Cellars wines are made using spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphur, and the grapes are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or fertilizers. In essence, Broc Cellars makes wines as naturally as possible. The "Love" wines are made to be affordable enough for everyday enjoyment, without compromising any sustainability tenets. The Broc Cellars Love White changes annually. All varieties are fermented separately and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months before blending. The grapes in the most recent vintage are Marsanne, Picpoul, Rousanne, Grenache Blanc.
