The current owner and winemaker Michel Drappier continues his family's legacy, producing brilliant Champagnes focuses on the Pinot Noir grape. As a fun fact, Michel and his father both have sensitivity to sulfites, and as such use minimal sulphur in the process to ensure they can enjoy the wines as well!
