Domaine Ledogar is located in the middle of Corbieres in the Boutenac sub-region. Xavier Ledogar has been tending these vine almost his entire life. Xavier, together with his brother Mathieu, practices biodynamic principles. This wine is a blend of equal parts Carignan and Marselan. It has notes of wild red, raspy fruit and potent herbal flavours like star anise and cinnamon.
