Novellum, from Domaine Lafage, heralds from the far south of France in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Medium bodied, with slight texture from time spent on viognier lees, this Chardonnay is aged in 15% new oak barrels which adds just a touch of toastiness. This is mineral, floral, citrus-driven Chardonnay.
