Nestled near the Austrian-Hungarian border, Meinklang is a family run vineyard and farm that is fully committed to biodiversity and biodynamics. Somlo is an extinct volcano that rises from the midst of the Hungarian plains. This pet-nat (or methode ancestrale) sparkling wine is composed of indigenous Hungarian grapes, Harslevelu (most commonly associated with Tokaj) and Juhfark. It is frothy and hazy with juicy lemon and crisp apple flavours.
