Owned and operated by self-taught winemaker, Heidi Noble, JoieFarm began as a cooking school and guesthouse located in the Okanagan. The noble blend is an Alsatian-inspired aromatic blend with rich, textured flavours of lychee and guava complimented by clove and nutmeg spice. Slightly off-dry, this is a perfect pairing with spicy cuisine or complex dishes such as Thai green curry or spicy noodles.
