Maria Elena Jimenez and Marta Casas, are the wine makers at Pares Balta. They are the wines of the Cusine brothers, whose family has run Pares Balta since the 1970s. Pares Balta Brut de Pacs is a biodyanamic Cava that sees no oak, allowing for its wonderful white fruit and delicate floral notes to shine. Traditional method production means it has a fine, creamy bubble.
